At the Crane Center for Transgender Surgery, we believe our culture is just as important as the care we provide. Our team is spread across different locations, but every year we come together for a team-building celebration where everyone flies in to connect, recharge, and strengthen the bonds that make our work so meaningful. Beyond our internal gatherings, we’re also proud to be active in the communities we serve. For the past two years, Crane Center team members have participated in the Unite The Fight Gala, supporting LGBTQ+ advocacy and celebrating the resilience and joy of our community.
