I submitted my letters. Why can’t I schedule yet?
All letters must be reviewed to make sure they meet WPATH requirements.
If information is missing, we’ll return the letter so you can work with your provider to update it. These requirements come from WPATH, not the Crane Center, and help ensure your insurance will accept your letters.
How can I check the status of my letters?
