Dr. Richard Santucci spent the last 18 years as one of the nation’s premier academic reconstructive urologist and is now devoting his surgical talents to the challenges of transgender surgery. Before coming to us, he was Director of the Center for Urologic Reconstruction™ and a full clinical professor at the Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine (MSCOM).
Dr. Santucci is the author of more than 100 scientific articles and has served on the editorial boards of more than twelve journals.
Dr. Santucci’s Fellowship training in Reconstructive Urology is highly prized, and he trained both Dr. Curtis Crane and Dr. Mang Chen (and a dozen other surgeons) in the craft of urologic reconstruction. “I am proud and humble to be able to work with the most experienced and advanced transgender surgery group in the country. I am committed to using what I’ve learned to lend a hand to the very brave transgender community.”
